考研复试英语面试

一、专业知识考核及应对

复试的重要内容之一便是对专业课知识的考察。无论是跨专业还是非跨专业的考生，在面对专业课问题的提问时(具体形式可能是口述或者笔写)要有意识体现自己思路的独创新鲜性，因为导师作为学术带头人，其学术习惯很自然地会促使他们愿意多方听取新鲜思路和独创见解，并乐意招纳具备创新开拓精神的学生。考生在提出自己个人见解时，态度要谦虚谨慎，不妨可先简要陈述对该问题的一般性见解，然后在对此肯定的基础上再详细提出自己的新想法，新思路。若对某问题实在无独到见解，则可采用此手法：即质疑提问(argue)法——对针对该问题一般性回答提出一到两个的质疑，或者对问题本身甚至与问题相关的话题提出问题或潜忧，然后与导师探讨，展开话题，探讨得越激烈越是利好信号，能够引发一场讨论也是学术素养之一。而且，将来进入研究生学习阶段，常见的课堂授课方式即是讨论课，所以，考生有必要在面试环节体现自己眼光的独到性，和对新问题的敏感性。如果质疑也难以提出，那么中规中矩地回答问题也可，但要保证逻辑思路的清晰和条理。在一问一答的交谈过程中，导师可以鉴察到学生知识面是否广博，思路是否独到清晰，学术潜力有否，甚至对学生的谈吐风貌都可由此见一斑。

二、专业课之外内容考核及应对

需要指出的是，对于跨专业考入的学生，要特别预备诸如“为何换专业”，“本科专业和今后的研究专业有何关联”，“本科专业对今后研究专业有何推助作用”，“自己今后研究的优势在哪里”等等诸如此类的发难式提问。对此，应本着实事求是的原则，多多从逻辑方法，思维习惯等上层角度去论证和应答，因为任何专业尽管其学科内容不尽相同，但研究问题的逻辑方法却大致可共享。如问：“你本科的化学专业会对今后所研究的企业管理专业有何帮助呢?”，可回答：“四年化学学科的研习培养出自己注重条理逻辑和追究方法步骤的这一理工科思维习惯，而随着管理学等人文学科的进一步发展和研究的深入，需要相当的数据支持已是方向之一，那么严谨的理性思维便可为发散浪漫的人文体验提供理论支持和逻辑化规范。”等等诸如类似。可见，面试前，实在有必要搜集相关资料，了解该领域的研究现状乃至最新研究动向，而可以预见的是，任何学科都在走向边缘化和交叉化，这是跨学科考研学生在面试时不可不提到的一点。

另外，导师一般还会问及学生为何考入此校，以及未来打算等等。如“研究生毕业后打算如何——求职抑或深造?”，该类问题旨在探寻学生的读研目的，回答时，实事求是上策，不可伪装作纯粹为了科研所以才来此读研，完全可坦诚回答为将来更好地求职，获一满意工作等等。若导师进一步追问“打算寻觅什么样的工作”，该问题旨在考察学生的兴趣所在，内心诉求所向，所以回答时要有所考虑，本着收敛谨慎的态度。其实，直抒胸臆也无妨，因为关于未来，有太多不确定，此处露出少许破绽或不当，并无大碍，因为任何一个人，包括导师在内，都不会对诚实坦荡反感。

三、外语能力考核及应对

提前撰写英文自我介绍，熟读至背诵还是有必要的，此外，若提问时间允许的话，多介绍自己英语方面的高水平弥足重要，因为进入研究生学习阶段，辅助导师完成一些外文资料的查寻和翻译是一项重要的工作，若外语上佳，在导师眼中被视为得力助手。面试前突击口语表达当然也有必要。

四、非智力因素考核及应对

撇开学术问题，导师或许营造轻松对话氛围，让学生放松下来，就爱好，兴趣等等畅所欲言，学生也大可不必紧张，时刻提防，只要口气自然自信沉着即可，过分城府和老道反而适得其反。最后，考研复试本质上是一场面试活动，一场人与人之间的会面交流，作为学生一方，要着装得体，言谈温雅，谦虚诚恳，甚至注意手机调至振动等等细节，这些实属交往所尚之礼节，无须赘述。

15.山东人：

孔孟之乡、礼仪之省，山东自古多大将、多忠义之士(也多响马)。大概是因为过于梗直，极少出阴谋家和皇上，很多东北人在山东沾亲带故。山东人的形象普遍不错，男人责任感很重，忠厚直爽，人情味浓，讲究孝顺，外粗内秀，侠义尚武，深受儒家文化的熏陶，特别讲究人际关系和尊卑等级，爱走上层路线。家庭观念强，很适合做老公;女人贤惠顾家，有的比较泼辣、蛮横不讲理，脚比较大，说起话来实在难听。山东人乡土意识重，地域自豪感强，有时候爱讲究老乡显得很迂腐。山东人好酿酒，但大多是劣质酒。山东人好吃大葱和大蒜，所以大多数山东人都有口臭，但却很少有人得癌症。山东人爱吃馒头(蛋白质多，所以身材高大)，呛面馒头都卖到北京去了，山东人吃大饼不用菜，有葱就行。山东人吃的煎饼，南方人吃了不消化。山东话虽然很侉，听起来却比较亲切实在。沿海地区很富裕，尤其是青岛烟台威海地区，据说山东经济很快将超过广东，成为全国第一。胶东人观念比较新，很多青岛人觉得做为山东人有点亏(曾经是直辖呢)，青岛足球队与省队比赛也是死磕。青岛女孩很时尚，美女不少!菏泽、枣庄、聊城、临沂、济宁有点穷。

上海人

中国最发达的城市，包容性较差，方言盛行，外地人很难融入，复旦大学也快成阿拉大学了。幸亏不是首都，否则连北京人都看不起，上海人喜欢称自己为"沪上"，外地人一律都是"乡下的"，不过上海历史无非才一百多年，有三分之一是宁波一带的移民(据说最早的上海人居然是从河南来的，上海人常为此愤愤不平)。上海女人举止得体，装束淡雅，言谈柔和，很有女人味，但却没有那种为了爱不顾一切的"烈女"。上海女人不会嫁给外地人的，女孩子哈日哈韩，嫁给日本人是很多人的理想。上海男人小气自私，斤斤计较，街头吵架经常半个钟头，胆子小怕老婆，甚至帮老婆洗内裤，常被丑化为"小男人"(近几年终于出了两个伟大的男人：姚明、刘翔，毕竟有钱就能培养出精英的)。其实，从另个角度来说也体现出上海男人很懂得尊重女士，体贴妻子。上海人私交比较理智，你可以找到精神上的知音，却别指望两肋插刀的哥们。所以出了不少银行家、商人和学者，却难出诗人、武将和侠客。上海商人都是精明的行家里手，既识货又明理，善于据理力争。上海人的钱不好挣。上海人很有品位，小资盛行，对生活很讲究，也很守信用，遵纪守法，做事精致，上海的产品质量全国第一。上海人不占别人的便宜，这倒很适合做朋友，不过首先得让他瞧的起你。中国人都能做到这一点也算不错了。

20.江西人：王勃笔下的"物华天宝，人杰地灵"之省，自古就是富庶的"鱼米之乡"。历史上文化名人灿若星斗，陶渊明、王安石、欧阳修、黄庭坚、文天祥、汤显祖。。。在中国思想史上占主导地位的程朱理学、陆王心学、禅宗佛学、老庄道学，要么发源于江西，要么在江西成型。可以说，江西撑起了中国优秀传统文化的半壁江山。江西大部分是客家人，又多为晋唐时代北方

中原家族迁徙而来，是正统文化继承者，长期熏陶的封建儒家忠诚思想及道家的"无为"理念，使安于现状、中庸保守、忠诚守信的烙印很深，冒险意识较差;家族观念极强，江西族祠数量达8994处，为全国第一，故吸纳新思想、新事物很困难;江西属于"吴头楚尾"，加上是内陆城市，江西人在一定程度上拥有封闭、保守、自满自足的小农经济意识;江西先民很多是因逃避战乱，为寻求安宁的环境才南迁而至，渴望和平、安居乐业的心态影响到后裔。江西人可谓朴实厚道，内敛，含蓄，不张扬，也就不擅表达。"人怕出名猪怕壮"，江西人很善于"守弱守拙"，这种处世之道最大的好处，就是杨柳青风，左右缝源，人际关系比较和谐。同时这种观念的明显缺点，就是不为人所知，不为人所识。江西人的谨小慎微的风格，严重地阻碍了江西人出名。江西妹子虽比不上隔壁的湘女风情万种，但却是贤淑良德，而且都能烧得一手好菜。南昌虽然号称省会，却是中国的中部中型城市，城市比较乱，满地的垃圾，满大街违章的人群，动不动就吵架。景德镇号称"瓷都"已经徒有虚名，假冒伪劣盛行。临川和吉安虽然是地处一隅，历史上却是人才辈出之地。奇怪的是抚州，那么偏远的小城市，居然有北京、上海这些大城市的家长，把孩子送这里来寄读，看来江西的文化氛围确实了得。江西是华东地区最穷的省，国家级贫困县全区排第一。很难找出一个象样的富裕地区。
