I am now a postgraduate student in mainland of China, my major is Civil Engineering. I plan to apply a further degree on this field, and I am very interested by MassaChuset -ts Institute of Technology and your Ph.D. program. Then I search online and find that it is more convenient and suitable for me to go to America for study.

First, America is a multicultural country, which has the most advanced education in the world. Second, the tuition is lower than other countries’, which I think is more reasonable for me. Finally, the climate of there is similar with the climate of the North of China. Considering above reasons, I told my parents my plan on going to America for study, and my parents agreed with me.

As a boy, I like Civil Engineering professional since I was young. Nowadays, Chinese construction field behind the other countries, I will go back China and work hard on Civil Engineering professional after finishing Ph.D. programs.

My plan is as follows: first, I plan to study English in language institute for about a half year in American. And then, I will study specialized curriculums on Civil Engineering aspects.

I believe I have the ability of study abroad, because I have finished Civil Engineering aspects of graduate course. Besides, my parents both have job and have rich income, so they will support me to finish my study. After finishing my study, I will return to my homeland and work on Civil Engineering field ,so as to realize the value of my life.

博士学位证明3年前开始修读英国剑桥大学博士学位的武侠小说名家查良镛(金庸)，其研究唐代盛世继承皇位制度的论文获得高度评价，这位知名作家以86岁高龄获得了剑桥大学哲学博士学位。

据香港媒体报道，剑桥大学负责人及查良镛的论文导师，日前来到香港向查良镛颁授了博士学位证书。

查良镛以武侠小说影响几代华人，他崇尚孜孜不倦终身学习。查良镛好友、英国牛津大学圣安东尼学院教授级研究员曾锐生，赞扬查良镛终身学习的谦卑和毅力。他说：“以查先生的学识，根本不需要用个学位来证明自己，难得他仍不断追求学问。”

方-舟-子通过微博对唐骏提出的学历造假质疑，列出了几个证据，比如，加州理工学院计算机博士学位校友名单中无人姓唐;在2001年之前，加州理工学院没有华人得过计算机博士学位，到现在也没有姓唐的得过;美国大学博士论文数据库更无唐骏署名论文。

一开始，唐骏对此概无回应，其在微博上仅谈论“球事”世界杯。但轻松是表面的，这些天，唐骏一直在与自己的律师探讨，如何应对。

唐骏7月6日在电话中对记者表示，律师给了他两个建议：一是把博士学位证书在网上做公示，对假学历做正面回应;二是在以法律的手段维护自己的权益，追究造假者的“诽谤”罪。

从本科开始有了学位授予制度，本科、硕士、博士毕业后，一般情况都可以授予受教育者“学位证”，其中包括学士、硕士、博士等学位。

学位证是为了证明学生专业知识和技术达到一定水平而授予的证书，在我国学位证授予资格单位为通过教育部认可的高等院校或科学研究机构。

获得学位意味着被授予者的受教育程度和学术水平达到规定标准的学术称号，经在高等学校或科学研究部门学习和研究，成绩达到有关规定，由有关部门授与并得到国家社会承认的专业知识学习资历。

比如你在一个大学修完该修的学分，所有成绩及格，你就可以拿到该学校的毕业证。但是学位证是在所有成绩的及格的基础上，有更高的要求。大部分学校都会要求平均绩点达到2.0(即平均分为70分)以上才能授予学士学位;否则只能拿到毕业证。还有一些情况，比如有考试作弊的行为，毕业时只能拿到毕业证，不能授予学士学位。

学位分为学士、硕士、博士三级。

1、博士学位证书：封面为紫红色，上部印有中华人民共和国国徽，下部印有“博士学位证书”字样;内部环衬为淡黄色绫子糊裱，内芯左侧印有中华人民共和国国徽和“博士学位证书”字样，右侧烫金方框内以黄色底纹衬托有关文字，右上角有粘贴学位获得者照片的方框。

2、硕士学位证书：封面为藏蓝色，上部印有中华人民共和国国徽，下部印有“硕士学位证书”字样;内部为印金环衬;内页左侧印有中华人民共和国国徽，右侧烫金方框内以淡蓝色底纹衬托有关文字，右上角有粘贴学位获得者照片的方框。

3、学士学位证书：封面为墨绿色，上部印有中华人民共和国国徽，下部印有“学士学位证书”字样;内页按学位授予对象分为“普通高等教育本科毕业生”、“成人高等教育本科毕业生”和“来华留学本科毕业生”三种，右侧金框内以淡黄色底纹衬托有关文字，右上角有粘贴学位获得者照片的方框。

以上三级学位证书增加了防伪措施，即在学位证书内页左下角采用无色油墨暗影国务院学位委员会办公室印制”字样，可在验钞机荧光灯照射下显现，同时，还将采用计算机防伪技术，以保证防伪的可靠性和安全性。
