PRV series
Product description
PRV series condensing pressure control valves are normally installed on the coolant pipe of a condenser (usually on the entrance). Because the PVR series can adjust the flow rate of the coolant by sensing the refrigeration recycling pressure according to changes in condenser pressure, the result is a significant improvement in coolant use efficiency. In this manner, PRV series vales are able to provide on demand cooling. When condenser pressure is raised in the compressor, the valves will be opened automatically so that there is more coolant moved into the condenser to quicken the refrigeration cooling process. Alternately, coolant levels will become lower with the pressure falling and valves being closed automatically, therefore the condensing pressure is kept within a normal operating range.
PRV series valves adjusting method: The adjusting lever can be rotated when regulating, the controlling pressure raises by rotating clockwise, alternately by rotating counter clockwise the pressure drops.

Installation
1、The capillary tube can be connected to the top of the condenser when installing, the entry port to the corresponding cooling pipe, exit port to the coolant entry port of the condenser.
2、The pressure is set to 7.5 bar by factory, users can adjust it properly. You can rotate the adjusting lever when regulating, the controlling pressure raises by rotating clockwise, alternately by rotating counter clockwise the pressure drops.
