浅谈暖通空调的设计方案要点

【摘要】：近几年来，随着经济的迅速发展以及对节能和环保的要求不断提高，暖通空调领域中新的设计方案越来越多，面对众多的设计方案，由于考虑问题的角度不同，各方的看法往往各不相同，甚至大相径庭。目前在设计方案比较中存在的一些混乱状况使设计人员无所适从。如何对暖通空调设计方案进行科学的比较和优选，是暖通空调设计人员在实际设计工中经常遇到的一个重要技术难题。根据实际工作经验，本文从可行性、经济性调节性、安全性及环境影响等方面进行分析，对暖通空调设计方案应注意的一些问题进行探讨。

Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid economic development and energy saving and environmental protection requirements continue to increase, the HVAC field in new design more and more, face numerous design, considering the problem from different angles, views on all sides are often different, even be quite different. In the design scheme comparison in some confusion enables designers to not know what course to take. How the HVAC design scheme for scientific comparison and selection, is the HVAC design in practical design of the frequently encountered a technical problem. According to the actual working experience, this article from the feasibility, economic regulation, safety and environmental impact analysis and so on, to the HVAC design should pay attention to some of the problems.

1、方案应该有设备工种的参加

现在有不少工程，在方案阶段只有建筑师埋头创造，不吸收设备工程师参加方案设计，结果建筑方案中选后设备空间没有考虑，造成设备设计很大困难。机房设在某一角落，风道拉得很远，既不经济也影响通风效果；进风口与排风口挤在一起，不合规定；管道夹层当机房使用，噪声、振动直接影响上、下客房，不但增加了消声减振的费用，还难以取得满意的效果。诸如此类举不胜举。要改变这一现实，要想适用、经济、美观地建造起现代化建筑，建筑师在方案阶段就吸收设备工程师参加设计实为当务之急。

2、设计前要对建筑物了解清楚

要想做好一个建筑物的空调设计，达到真正良好的使用效果，应当是各工种综合的好效果。用我们的政策语言，就是适用、经济、美观三者俱备。为此目标在做设计的时候各工种必须配合好。一般说来以下几个问题首先要了解清楚，才好采取对策，即选用适合的方案和系统。
