四、活动目的
为了给有新锐的创业思想，优秀的创业思维，高效能执行能力的优秀大学生提供一个挥洒创业激情，结交创业伙伴，提升创业技能的*台，展现创业才华和能力，并通过对其创业想法的评审与奖励，鼓励学生通过对社会及市场的观察，结合自身特点，策划制定有一定实际价值的创业方案。在创业设计过程中，培养我院学生的创新实践能力和市场经济思维。同时，为了动员、组织我院学生积极参加二零xx年全国“挑战杯”*大学生创业计划竞赛，拓展素质发展，引导和帮助在校大学生学*创业知识，提高创业技能，提升我院学生的创业竞争力，拟在全校范围内举办了二零xx年大学生创业设计大赛。

一、报名方式：现场报名 网上报名 电话报名
⑴现场报名：时间： 一零月三一日——一一月一日中午一一：零零——一三：零零；下午五：零零——六：三零地点：留香园对面（XX校区）、聚贤楼对面（长岗校区）。
⑵网上报名：参赛团队把团队成员信息包括学校、姓名、学院专业班级、参赛项目、联系方式（手机和QQ号）和主要联系人发邮件到邮箱：（ ）。

二、参赛项目：具有较强实践性的创业创意、产品开发、服务开发、生产经营计划等，包括工业、商业、加工业、服务业、农业等领域。
三、参赛形式：学生自由组合三至六人为单位参赛
一、以创业设计小组（团队）形式参赛，大赛要求参赛者自行组团，可跨系、跨专业、跨班级的创业设计小组（每队最多六人），小组成员务必事先协商、明确作品主要责任人。
二、参赛者提出一项具有一定市场前景，且具有一定可实施可行性的项目，在深入研究和广泛进行市场调查的基础上，完成一份把项目或服务推向市场的完整、具体、深入的创业（商业）设计计划书。同时，能创造条件，吸引风险投资家和企业家注入资金，推动创业（商业）计划真正走入市场。
三、完成的创业（商业）设计计划书要求有文字版和电子版。
四、作品要求
（一）核心内容：包括项目的独特详尽的市场分析和竞争分析，精确的财务预算，明确的投资方式，管理队伍和公司关于。
（二）写作框架：
①概要：创业计划概要一般包括以下内容：公司简介、公司名称、公司的结构、公司的基本运作、主要的产品/服务、公司的业务范围、创立公司的地区选择以及创立公司的原因等。
②产品与服务：在这里描述你的产品/服务，包括以下内容：产品/服务的概念、性能和特性、主要产品/服务的关于、向消费者提供价值的途径、销售/服务的方式等。
③市场分析：简要叙述你的公司所处行业的市场特征，分析是否有新生市场，你将如何发展这个新生市场；你的公司在你选择的开发区域中的发展前景，这个行业的历史或历年的发展概况等。要求从实际出发，可以在图书馆或网上搜索相关资料，提供相关的网站； 如：让同学们主动去查找相关资料。（以下列举初步提纲：市场描述、目标市场分析、目标消费群分析、可持续发展分析。）
④竞争分析：从产品特点、价格优势、市场份额、地区优势、营销方式、管理手段等方面出发，该产品或服务在市场上的优势，以及在竞争市场上的盈利能力。必须描述以下两点：竞争描述、竞争战略。
⑤经营策略：制定经营策略须分析：
A 消费者的.特点；
B产品的特性；
C企业的自身状况；
D市场环境方面的因素；
经营策略一般包括以下几点：描述你所希望达到的市场份额；描述你进行销售所采取的策略，包括如何做广告等；分销渠道及合作伙伴；定价战略；市场沟通。
制定生产计划 （主要针对制造业而言）：生产制造计划应包括以下内容：产品制造和技术设备现状、产品生产计划、技术提升和设备更新的计划、质量控制和质量改进计划等。
财务分析：以列表形式分析你的原始总资产、固定资产份额、流动资金、员工工资、负债以及每月总收入、最终盈利额等。
五、提交方案的时间：
参赛团队在一一月二七日中午一二：零零前递交一份创业设计方案（打印文本：一式两份）给大赛负责人（长岗： ），一份电子版发到协会邮箱（ ），商业计划书封面包括项目名称、团队主要负责人、团队成员、联系方式。
六、初审：
一一月二七日至一一月三零日由评审团对商业计划书进行初审，从中选出一零份作品进入决赛。组委会向各参赛团队反馈评审意见和建议。

比赛形式：按照赛前每支队伍的顺序依次进行比赛。分三个环节进行，一就是一分钟的团队展示或关于（可以结合ppt），可以是关于团队名称、成员组成和负责项目职位、喊团队口号和精神等；二就是五分钟进行项目陈述（可制作ppt或其他辅助讲解用具）；三就是五分钟评委提问答辩，最后评委点评，公布比赛团队最终得分，公布获奖团队及最佳人气奖。（评委评判标准见附表一，决赛流程见附表二）

As to my University life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library and the others.
Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the priority in University. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my life. Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. In this way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons .When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and fortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay in the library.
Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate parents’ burden, I often do some part-time jobs and write some articles to earn money. It helps me to be independent and improve my social skills.
In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. I was farewell warmly by them when I came to school. I was warmly wele by school, too. After then, I’ve felt my study is not only for myself but also for the honor of my village neighborhood and our school.
The college life is wonderful. All life in school are fresh. New teachers, new classmates and fresh friends are around me. I’ve felt their friendship, wide knowledge and opening mind. The grand library, school buildings and wide playground are very attracting to me. I am very eager to learn much knowledge quickly. In high school, I was ever called as a runner before time. Now,I know I am behind time so much in fact. I hope to catch up with the time by my hard studying. Every day, you can see me get up early, doing exercise hard and go to school the first one. At night, I am the one who leaves away the library. The most interesting thing is that I can’t speak the PUTONGHUA well and made many funny events at the beginning，as I am from South. 趁着不多不少的激情，我游走在这样的大学里面。多年的摄影经验让我理所当然地走进了院团委的摄影部。那摄影部虽然名义上是属于院团委的一个直接管辖部门，但实质上只是由我与另外的两位高年级学生的利益组合。我们的目的很简单：赚钱、玩、顺便为院里**阶层服务，直接向广大学员经营。
记得我加入的时候，那位学长这样对我说的：你来得正是时候，我们正要像你这样的人来做教员。以后由你负责摄影协会的教学与新会员的发展工作，我与欧阳从事管理工作。听了他的话，我感觉到我真的是才尽其用了，而且对他也很是佩服，一个学生能管理这样多的人相来能力是不错的。不过后来我失望了，他的管理只是每星期一次的例会，而我的教学则是每星期两次的实践教学活动，那让我一直感觉到有些不*衡。两个月下来，我发展了４０多名会员，而这样多的会员的会费再加上照相的收入，是一个绝对可观的数目。
做事的人除了我与学长外就是他说的欧阳了，她全名叫欧阳培娟，很典雅的复姓名字。圆圆的脸、单眼皮、小小的耳朵，不过我却从没有看到过她的嘴的原有形状，她一天到晚老对我像花痴一样地笑。现在尽力回忆，还是不能从这样零星的回忆把这样的真实的器官**成一张面孔，她给我的印像不是太深。
串起上面这些琐碎的.回忆，我看见了在川工的幸福生活。这样的日子：有钱、有权、有学问，不过唯一憾事就是少了一个女人。
重逢女人给我的回忆已经太*静了。要在这样的世界里寻找一个属于自己的女人本就不是一件容易的事，再要能勇敢地去争取那就更难了。所以那时候也就对情死心了。
死心的原因不尽是因为难，也还因为骨子里面本就有很多东西占有了我的灵魂，我感觉得到，丽的影子还在。
与丽有关的东西都在我的世界消失了，化为飞灰，葬于小河；与丽有关的人也在我的空间消失了，他们就像是陌生世界的过客；与丽有关的故事也开始失去了原有的色彩，残余下来的只有白色的天空、灰色的爱情、黑色的生活印迹。
想着丽，我就会想到佛说的缘，也许那就是缘定三生。而在这样的城市里遇到阿健，可能也是上辈子早就注定了的吧。遇上阿健的时候我已在川工近一年了，我计算过的，按我每周三天晚上去成都的频率比上成都市里我时常出没地方的常住人口与流动人口，得出来的结果可能是为百万分之一。而在这样的机率下遇见一个熟人除了是缘还能说是什么呢？至少我就这样认为了。
“明仔，喂……！是你啊！”一个男人的声音在我的耳后叫道。
“你……你是健哥！你这两年都去那里了？一个人吗？”我转过头，有些惊奇，也满是疑问。
