如何适应大学生活活动总结
本次心理沙龙活动由大学生心理协会的文艺部组织开展。一零月一七日下午在东校区团体心理训练室（一号教学楼一零三零二教室），来自各院系的同学们齐聚一堂，作为主持人的文艺部部长林永珍同学就本次活动的主题进行了阐释，同时对活动过程中的注意事项做了简要的说明，接下来就对具体活动流程作了关于。

此次心理沙龙活动的开展也揭开了新学期心理沙龙系列活动的'序幕。
心理沙龙活动是在校大学生心理健康指导与服务中心的指导下，由大学生心理协会组织开展的一个系列活动，力图使其成为青海民大青年学生思想交流的一个平台，成为青海民族大学心理健康教育的助推器，为心理健康教育知识在青海民族大学校园的传播起到积极的推广作用。

三、电大的教学一般是宽进严出，学生必须经过严格的考试，并且考试通过后才能够毕业，这使我们的学历更有权威性，更为我们以后的发展奠定了基础。
四、通过学习指南使我更加认识到现在的学习，不能像以前一样只靠老师的讲解。应加强自我的学习能力，并做好学习计划，将工作与学习的时间安排好，才能提高学习效果。
五、在平时的学习进程中开放教育主要是培养学生的学习能力及学习方法，为我们在以后的学习道路上提供了方便。
所以制定周密而有弹性的学习计划是保证学习成功的重要因素。

可能很多新生在上大学之前就已经打听好了，要进社团，学生会，学二外，又或者拿个双学位。其实这些东西，真的要在大一就想清楚了，我想在大一的时候给我们这么多课余时间，应该就是让我们好好规划自己的大学四年和自己的未来，那么我们也不能辜负了学校对我们的期待，对吧。因为我自己没有做到，所以，特别希望提醒刚进学校的你们能够听进这些肺腑之言。大一时间真的很多，可千万别只想着泡妞、逛街什么的。
其实只要你去做，就不会迷茫了。举个例子，就比如吃饭，如果你不去吃很多家的饭，你是不知道你喜欢吃什么不喜欢吃什么的'，但是你去一家家试吃，你就知道你喜欢什么不喜欢什么了。
首先要学会制订目标，很多同学不喜欢自己现在的专业，想换专业，那么你的任务就是去请教上一届的学长学姐们转专业的问题，比如，要考试还是写论文，成绩有什么要求，都应该问清楚，然后朝着这个方向努力，学自己心仪的专业，对以后自己出来找工作很有帮助。有些对英语感兴趣的同学千万不要以为你能够自学，不用换专业，以后出来照样可以找和外语有关的工作。那么你错了，因为在大学里，由于惰性和身边的环境，你很难迫使自己去自学外语，到最后，外语水平会直线下降，比高中还差是正常现象。
你真的很想参加社团锻炼自己 ，那么，进学生会吧，相信你能学到很多。我自己没去，所以有遗憾。这也是让自己保持活跃的一个方式，进了学生会，你就会想着参加各种活动，也有机会经常在众人面前展示自己，练胆量和口才都很好，还能经常和学院领导接触，能够知道学校一些最新动态，包括奖学金、助学金和很多的优惠政策哦。另外，想要奖学金和助学金的学生，就一定得考试考好了，只有考出好成绩才有机会得奖。我就吃亏在考试成绩不好了……
如果，你想拿双学位的话，也要从大一就着手准备哦。很多东西都是不能掉以轻心的，我一开始也向报，有段时间玩疯了，等我再想起来的时候，已经无法报名了，所以，像拿双学位的同学，一定要时刻关注动态，另外学习压力也会重很多 ，但我个人认为 ，能学到有用的东西，什么都别怕，特别是在你觉得你所学的专业，在未来找工作中，可能没有什么优势的话，还是学好一点 ，拿个双学位吧。
培养一个好的兴趣爱好，也是非常有必要的。学校会有很多培训班，费用低，而且实实在在能学到东西。可以选择自己感兴趣的，比如 吹笛子、架子鼓、爵士舞、瑜伽、拉丁等，一定要让自己有个一技之长，这样，对于自信，对于班上学院的各种活动才不会措手不及，或者只有看的份。而且，最重要的一点是，坚持，只有这样才能把一样东西学好，变成自己的，才有可能拿的出手，实在对这些不感兴趣，就学外语吧，二外，日语、法语什么的。总之，不要一事无成。因为大学能学得东西，真的很少，只有靠自己。

尽快适应新环境
首先，大一新生要认识到，人的一辈子，其实就是一个不断“失去”的过程：胎儿失去了襁褓，才能学会站立和走路;青少年失去了父母的呵护，才能成为具有独立生活的人;我们今天的暂时离别换来的是我们发展的机会，同时也换来了明天的希望。因此与其消极被动地面对新的环境，不如积极主动地去适应新的环境。适者生存，适应环境的能力是在适应环境的过程中提高的，环境是客观存在，不能因为我们对它不适应而改变它的现状，需要改变的是我们自身。
从容面对独立生活
上大学后，对准大学生来说最大的变化就是生活环境方面，没有了父母、长辈每日的悉心照料，许多事情需要独自处理，真正的独立生活开始了。另一方面，从单处一室的“独立王国”到六人“群居”的集体宿舍，这一生活环境和习惯的适应和磨合，对没有过住校经历的同学来说，真的是一次考验。
养成良好的生活习惯
刚入大学时能明显感觉到大学和高三简直是天壤之别：高三生活两点一线，写不完的作业背不完的书，如同一只拧紧的陀螺，而大一新生学习压力很小，又没有家长和老师的监督，这种期待已久的自由，让很多同学最初感觉“不知所措”，生活一下子懒散了许多。
良好的生活习惯是确保顺利、成功度过大学阶段的一个重要基础。为了让大学生活过得充实，从一进大学起，就该切实重视这个问题，培养良好的生活习惯，并防止不良生活习惯的形成。
第一，按时作息，养成早睡早起的习惯。学校公寓里每晚一一点准时熄灯，有的同学精力旺盛，习惯在晚上卧谈，深夜两三点钟仍毫无困意，结果第二天上课时非常疲惫，根本无心听课，有时干脆旷课，在宿舍里补足睡眠。长期如此，不仅影响课业，还容易引起失眠，还影响同宿舍的其他同学。晚睡的同学大都会晚起，一个直接的影响是饮食不规律，很多人早晨起床较晚，来不及吃早饭便去上课，有的索性取消了早饭，有的则在课间随便吃些零食，时间一长，身体肯定受到影响。
第二，坚持体育锻炼。“文武之道，一张一弛”，学习之余参加一些文体活动，不但缓解刻板紧张的生活，还可以放松心情，有助于提高学习效率。听音乐、跑步、做广播体操、踢足球等等都有助于增强体质，提高对疾病的抵抗力，这是一种积极的休息。大学里有丰富的运动设施，同学们可千万不要浪费呀。
第三，远离不良生活方式。由于没有监督，有的同学一进大学就开始放松对自己的要求，沾染上吸烟、酗酒等不良生活行为，其实大学并不是学习的终点，而是一个新的起点，这些不良行为将成为大学生求学道路上的一大障碍。
树立“理财”观念
虽然从参加高考到进入大学，只有几个月的时间，但大学新生的生活费却是成倍地增长。有同学以前在高中的时候每月零花钱只有一二十元，上大学时家里都要给几千元的生活费(供一学期用)，这对他们来说简直是一笔“巨款”。刚入高校时，同学们都没有太多“理财”的经验，有的同学在最初的时间里大手大脚，逛街、旅游、聚餐……两个月就把钱花得差不多了，以后的日子只好节衣缩食或向父母索要。
在大学里不少同学因为不会理财，日子过得“前松后紧”，甚至到学期末要借债生活。因此，大学新生要树立“理财”观念。在刚入学的两三个月中，有计划地进行消费：在生活中，哪些开支是必须的，哪些开支是完全不必要的，哪些是可有可无的。钱要花在刀刃上，避免完全不必要的消费，可花可不花的尽量少花。尤其要根据父母的经济能力和自己“勤工俭学”的能力来进行日常消费，切不可盲目攀比。

大学校园与中学校园一个显著的区别就是大学的课余生活丰富多彩。除了日常的教学活动之外，还有各种各样的讲座、讨论会、学术报告、文娱活动、社团活动、公关活动等等。这些活动对于大学新生来说，的确令人眼花缭乱，因此对于如何安排课余时间，大学新生常常心中没谱。
要合理地安排课余时间，首先对自己在近期内的活动要有一个理智的分析。看看自己近期内要达到哪些目标，各种活动对自己发展的意义又有多大等等。然后做出最好的时间安排，并且在执行计划中不断地修正和发展。大学新生要善于利用课余时间，开展一些有益的文娱活动，如唱歌、跳舞、下棋等等;尽量培养自己多种兴趣爱好，陶冶情趣，使生活充实丰富。大学时最好拥有一项或多项自己有兴趣而又擅长的爱好，不仅有利于建立自信心，还能增强社会适应能力。

在大学里面树立一个目标是非常的重要，因为大学不像高中那样一切都是为了高考，也正因为有高考才使自己不停的努力，不断的学习。进入了大学没有了高考，如果这时没有目标、方向的话，就会感到无所适从、不知所措;就会感到空虚郁闷，无事可做。这也就是为什么有些人在高三那么艰难的日子都能挺过来，但到了大学却会选择结束生命的原因了。
目标、理想是人生的灯塔和方向，她会指引你前进的方向。所以，如果你想使自己的大学生活过得忙碌、充实的话就树立一个目标吧，比如说拿奖学金、过英语四级、考研、出国等，这样你就会为了自己的目标而不停的努力，为了实现自己的目标而不断的进取。
学会新的学习方式
大学的学习方式与中学的学习方式有很大的差别。大学里面的学习气氛是外松内紧的。大学生活和中学生活最大的区别就是生活自由度大，生活空间大大拓展，学习机会大大增多，因此大学生入学后要及时了解图书馆、语音室、阅览室的开放时间，多参加一些社团活动，多听学术报告，充实自己的生活。
积极表现自我
“大学”也就是大量的学，不但要学习书本知识，还要学习书本以外的知识，比如说为人处事、与人沟通等。如果你能在搞好学习成绩的同时提高自己的综合素质的话，那么你就是一个真正优秀的大学生。
