I watched those famous cooks on TV, cooking delicious dishes, can not help but want to have a try.

Lets make an easy one first. -- Walnuts with milk. I took a bag of walnuts, with a clip clip, four walnut meat appeared in front of the eyes, walnut meat like four children, said in unison: “hurry up, hurry up, I want to leave the shell, to travel.” I listened, picked up half a walnut on the force to peel up. At first, I felt relaxed, but in a short time, four whole walnut meat left the hard shell. But ten minutes passed, I just peeled a few walnuts, I felt my hands numb and painful, fingernails also a little outwards, just want to give up, a Chinese saying appeared in my mind: nothing in the world is difficult if you put your heart into it. Yeah! If I put my mind to it, there is nothing difficult in the world, and difficulties can always be overcome. So I washed my hands and peeled the walnut again. Later, I through their own efforts, finally made a walnut milk mix, I tasted their own results, the in the mind have unspeakable taste!

I am sure everybody has specific attribute or quality distinguish me from anyone else. For me, I think perseverance is my specific attribute.

Going through my past, I could see my perseverance was not inherited from my parents whom obviously different from me on this point, and I remember when I was young I never put my heart into one thing for a long time, today did this, tomorrow that, can’t have got one thing satisfied, so I was the useless one in the other’s eyes.

When I was in high school, I was appointed as the leader of sports in our class. In fact, I did not know why I would be a leader of sports since I did not have sports strength. At the first year our school held an annual sports meeting, I joined it, actually I did not want to, but no choice, because I was a leader, and I chose the 三零零零m racing. Unfortunately, I won the last one, oh, my god, my face lost up, so sorry I felt. After that I made a resolution to practice it, every morning at 五 o’clock, I got up to run, just like this did it every day, no matter raining or snowing, I never gave it up

No pain no gain! This saying was totally right. I won the three successive championships of 三零零零m racing at our school sports meeting. I was so proud of myself. And more importantly, seeing it now is that my character had been changed, but that time I did not realize it, just did I knew when I chose something I would struggle to perform it till it was accomplished.

Now I chose to improve English, I never worry about the result, I just knew learning a language need a long time, so I do it everyday, and even I would have left GLV.

I always hear about my friends complaining, they say their income is such low that they cant not make ends meet. At first, I would pity for them, but in the long run, I find their work is so easy, they just sit in the office from 九 am to 五 pm, they even don’t need to go out for business. While I see another friend, he works so hard, his working hour is very unstable, sometimes he even works until 九 pm. The fact is that he earns the most between my friends. It is true that no pain, no gain, if people want more, they need to pay out more. Comparing to be envy about other peoples great income, wed better to work hard to realize what we want. There is not short-cut for people to get successful, working hard is the only way.

我总是听到朋友们的抱怨，他们说收入太少了，以至于无法收支平衡。刚开始，我会为他们感到遗憾，但是长期下来，我发现他们的工作很轻松，他们在办公室里朝 九晚五地坐着，甚至不需要外出跑业务。然而我看到了另外一个朋友，他很努力工作，工作时间不稳定，有时候甚至于工作到晚上九点。事实上，他是我朋友之中赚 得最多的.。没有付出，就没有收获， 确实如此，如果人们想要更多，需要付出更多。与其羡慕别人的高收入，不如努力工作来实现我们想要的。成功没有捷径，努力工作是唯一的方法。

Giving is like a seed, all the fruits of the harvest are from giving.

Last week, our English teacher told us that there would be a word contest next Friday. 一零零 words in total, 三三 additional words. After listening to the students, suddenly sent out a burst of sighing sound. I was secretly pleased: dictation of words is my specialty, these days to go back to the words I do not remember well to remember, I also afraid of what?

I have many after class I usually attend many kinds of activies.

My favourate activity is playing basketball. During this game, on one hand, I can build up my body, make many new friends and, above all, I can learn to coorperate with my think, will do good to me after I grow up and when I work with others. On the other hand,I can learn many skills and also can help myself to be more cablabe to bare hardship and solve every time when I finish this game, I am black and white. I will go on playing it the other day.

I also have learned to be brave from the game. One day, when my friends and I were playing basketball, it began to rain. It was not very heavy, but two of my friends wanted to give up. But the other five and I wanted to go on. And we went on playing it. Luckily, two or three minutes later, it stopped rain,so we enjoyed ourself more than before and we learned never to give up if we met any difficulty.

I also like playing think it is a very good game. By playing chess, I can not only learn to think of the right way to deal with all different matters,but also learn to contral myself. When the situation is good, I have learned not to be proud;when it is not good, I have learned not to lose heart.

I also join in some other activities,such as swimming, running, playing computer games, visiting friends and so on.

In a word, from all these activities, I have learned a lot and I believe It will help me a lot and I will go on with it.
