口语和写作在逻辑上是一样的，只不过口语需要说出来，而且表达的句子更简单一点而已。但是，如果一些基本的单词、短语不认识或者表达不出来，说出来的句子语法有问题，后面再多的技巧也是画蛇添足。
因此，前期一定要多背一些常见话题的单词、搭配和短句，然后用录音的方式把说出来的句子录下来，看看经常范的语法错误有哪些，多注意一些从句和时态的问题，在变换不同句式的时候不要出错。相对而言，单词和语法都是可以在平时的备考中快速提升的，只要花了时间，就会有回报。
跟读是最容易入门的练习口语方法，它是指用一种语言接近同步地重复目标语言中的话，在这个过程中我们要模仿材料中说话者的语气，努力保持同样的语调、节奏和语速。
跟读是一个耳朵、大脑和嘴巴协调处理信息的过程，它能够帮助我们提升听力理解水平、语音语调（比如重读、连读、弱读、不完全爆破以及升降调等）以及遣词造句的能力。

像我自己还有同学平时练习的时候，都是用这种方法，这个要求我们要集中注意力，尽量跟着录音的节奏，在复述的时候，模仿录音的语音语调，节奏韵律，或者升调，降调，升降调，降升调等。当时我觉得很困难，但是当我找到我觉得很有趣的素材的时候就变得不那么枯燥了，比如我会寻找我喜欢的题材或者电影作为我训练的素材，这样就一点都不枯燥，带入了情绪后甚至觉得很有趣。
这种方法不仅可以锻炼听力，还能练口语。不仅可以学习新的单词生词，还能学习巩固语法句法。
这是跟读法的进阶版本。如果对一段材料已经能够做到熟练跟读，那么可以尝试对它进行复述。具体方法是：在音频播放二十到三十秒后按下暂停键（具体时间长度可以根据自己水平适当增减），然后口头复述刚刚听到的内容，在复述的时候尽量用上音频中出现过的短语、词组搭配以及精彩表达。
复述是一个输入、吸收、重组再到输出的过程，它能帮助你在原文框架下锻炼自身的语言能力，对口语提升的效果比较明显。这种方法有一定难度，适合有一定英语基础的同学。
像我最开始复述能力是属于很薄弱的，我很难记住长句的话，也很难精准的口头复述，往往记得两三句，但是嘴跟不上脑子，还没等说完已经忘记了，相信很多小伙伴们和我也有一样的情况，这需要我们集中注意力，慢慢提高记忆程度，最开始肯定会遇到瓶颈，但是熟能生巧，不要气馁，慢慢来就发现我们一次记得比一次多了。
首先，学会录音回放，不放过每一处瑕疵。平时和别人一起练习口语对话的时候，一定要录音或者录视频，因为练习的时候是很投入的，过程中的很多问题都发现不了。只有回头回放录音的时候，把自己当做一个局外人，作为考官来听一遍，就会发现各种各样的问题，比如单词错误、语句错误、停顿过多、衔接不自然等等等等。
其次，刻意减少停顿，纠正重复、改正的不良习惯。平时练习时，一定要避免长时间的停顿和连续性打结，同时也要尽可能减少重复和不断更正的次数。只有平时有意识地去练习和纠正，才能慢慢改掉。如果不刻意纠正，你可能都不会意识到自己的这些小习惯。如果总是出现以上的这些情况，一方面说明你的积累不够多，另一方面也说明你练得还是不够熟练，还是要不断加强练习，每天多背、多说。
大家有机会找到小伙伴和大家一起监督互相进步的话就更好了，那么就来了第二个非常有效并且简洁的提高方法，那就是——找陪练，最好是 native speakers，没有条件的小伙伴就找一个水平高于自己的同学。这样才有助于提高。不过最佳的选择还是 native speakers ，因为这样真的能学到很多地道的表达！
我之前备考时候有幸试了几次，当时的口语老师，他带着我练习时不经意说出来的地道表达都会让我受益匪浅，有些表达我自己想不到！如果没有这个图傲剑，就去找朋友一起开麦练习，定期逼自己用英语思考和交流。
英语对话非常重要，基本上英语对话都是要多人参与同时进行的，还有一问一答的英语情景交流，所以我们在平时的训练过程中要试图用大脑迅速反应和进行英语思考，不要只思考中文含义，尽量用英语思维思考如何表达，并试着说英语单词组成的短句。试着用英语交谈，进一步阐述表达自己心中所想要说的话语。
英语口语怎么提高重在说，经常讲话用英语表达才是最正确的方式，所以对于提高英语口语这是最好的学习方式，练习 ＋ 交流 就组成了口语对练，最有效的提高方式。因为我们知道英语口语就是尽可能多地说出来。任何时候你有机会与他人说英语，这就是最好的方式。所以无论是平时训练还是真的考试的时候我们都要尽可能多尽可能高频词的地说英语单词句式出来。
首先，单词一定要读对。口语的每个句子都是由多个单词组成，我们首先要做的就是要把单个单词读对。比如猫是 cat，如果发音不标准，很可能就读成了 kite，这就不是猫了，而是风筝，别人一下子就听出了你发音的问题，然后如果多个单词发音都不标准，连在一起的时候，其他人很可能都听不懂你在说什么，会一头雾水，然后给你低分。
其次，一些单词要加强重读。在标准的口语表达中，重读和轻读是分的很清楚的，轻重分明会让人听起来很舒服。如果我们知道了在哪些地方应该适当重读一下，将个别单词用重因去读它，这是口语发音最常用的一个技巧。
最后，音调要起伏变化。一定要让别人感受到你的语调和情绪变化。比如，我喜欢去公园，因为它很漂亮，很多同学这样说：“I like to go to that park， because I think it's beautiful.”这显然是不行的，完全体现不出情绪和语调的变化。我们可以换一个表达：“I like to go to that park， because It's a really wonderful place for me to relax”，如此语调会明显有了一个变化，表达出你是真的喜欢，肯定是更地道的。
首先，任何问题，一定要用完整句子对话。面对任何问题，都不能只回答表面内容，一定要在此基础上展开回答。如果别人问你一个问题，你只回答 Yes 或者 No，那如何提高口语呢？即使遇到了一个你根本不了解或者不会的问题，也千万不要用：“Sorry, I don’t know”或者“No”来回应。比如别人问了一个最基础的问题，“Where are you from?” 你千万不能只说：“I come from Beijing.”正确的做法是：先说明你来自北京，然后关于一下北京的风土人情、家乡美食等等，最后再和考官互动一下，问你去过北京吗？或者你觉得北京这座城市怎么样呢？
其次，多使用一些复杂句和从句。然后在平时练习过程中，要将简单句和复杂句交错使用，不要一直能简单的句子，这样会显得你的水平很 Low，也不要一直说很复杂的句子，因为很容易出错。在变换不同的句式的时候，记得不要出错。避免一直说简单句的最好方法就是，多说一些稍微复杂一点的从句，比如定语从句、条件状语从句、主语从句等等，同时一些相同意思的句子也不要用重复表达，要学会多尝试用不同的句式说出来。
中国人说英文很喜欢字对字的翻译出来，这样直接翻译出来的表达，就非常的中式，老外是听不懂的。其实归根到底，就是没准确使用英文单词。英文中的“差劲”，“很烂”并不是poor，而是bad。其实，My English is bad. 就可以非常清晰地表达意思了。
例子一：后来深入研究后，我发现英语的表达其实是非常多样化的，而不是那么死板。我们要坚决摒弃字对字的翻译，而应该从词典、影视作品、与老外日常交流中学习地道的表达。

（二）I'm a big fan of ...表面意思是：我是......的大粉丝，那不就是非常喜欢....的意思吗？是不是非常地道形象呢？同理，sth is my cup of tea XX 是我的茶，也就是_我的菜_的意思。把动词“喜欢”变成了“名词”。
（四）My favorite .... is.... 把一个动词变成了形容词，最爱的。比如：My favorite book is..../ My favorite music is.... 同理，My biggest passion for sth. （我对....拥有最大的热情/激情）把“喜欢”这个动词变成了“名词”。从而，我们可以得英语思维：词性变化，让表达更加地道/形象化。
