四季如春的广州，每当春节到来之际，按历代习俗，都要举行一年一度的年宵花市。
年宵花市，旧时称为除夕花市，大约始于明代。屈大均的《广东新语》中就提到明代广州已出现花市。当时广州河南三十三乡的百姓，多半是以种花为生的花农，他们从河南到河北来卖花，就从五仙门附近的码头过渡登岸，后人称这地方为“花陟头”，这就是广州最早的花市。今天的.年宵花市就是昔日花市演变而来的。

【云台花园】
朋友们，游览完麓湖公园之后，我们将参观游览云台花园。云台花园建于一九九五年，全园总占地面积一二万平方米，是一处中**园林建筑风格相结合的新旅游景区。内有新颖雅致、各具特色的景点一四处。
正门，是一组叠水式的灯光喷泉，是云台花园里的主轴景区，被称为“飞瀑流彩”，不光白天好看，夜间更是溢彩流光。在这里，我们不仅可以欣赏到亚热带植物风光特色，还可领略到“人如潮、花如海、春满园”的人间美景。云台花园每年接待游客上百万人次，不少*和*****及外国友人都曾到这里观光游览，并留下不少墨宝、题诗。
前面造型奇特的建筑是玻璃温室，它占地一二零零平方米，外部以兰花造型设计，是一个袖珍的热带植物园。温室内分为仙人掌及多浆植物区、棕榈科区和兰花区三个欣赏区。
岩石园内有造型千奇百怪，就好象是抽象派雕塑家创作的艺术品。这些是新西兰土著部落毛利族的图腾柱。这里叫“太阳广场”，中间象征太阳，四周分别是十二生肖，据说游人在自己生肖前拍照留念可以给自己带来好运。这右边是“玫瑰园”，那边小巧玲珑的走出缆车，就是鸣春谷风景区。风景区由能仁寺、三特极限运动中心、白云晚望、“鸣春谷”大型鸟笼、白云晓望等景点组成。
请看左边的“能仁寺”，这是白云山众多寺庙中唯一恢复重建的一座。寺庙建于清代咸丰、同治年间，毁于_时期，一九九三年广州市人民**投资修复，九五年五月对外开放。寺庙深藏幽谷，绿树环绕。寺里主要的古迹有虎跑泉、甘露泉、玉虹池等。虎跑泉相传当年由于华南虎“刨地作穴，泉涌而出”，因而得名，至今水质还是甘冽清爽。玉虹池建于清光绪五年。泉口在岩壁，用石雕盘龙做成。近前来看，只见碧泉从龙口汩汩喷出，宛如玉龙吐珠。这里还有当年的抗法英雄黑旗将军刘永福手写的一个高二米、宽一米的“虎”字，笔力雄浑有劲，一气呵成。字上面为两颗炯炯有神的大眼睛，拖着一条长长的尾巴，就像是一只傲立的猛虎，俯视人间。能仁寺是白云山恢复文物古迹中的典范，它以其气势宏大、古迹众多，以及灵验的风水宝地而吸引众多“善男**”和游客到此参观游览。
山顶广场左侧是“白云晚望”。这景点早在元代便是羊城八景之一，距今已有七零零多年的历史。每当傍晚夕阳西下，天空出现五彩缤纷的晚霞，站在晚望亭，倚栏远望，那良辰美景、旖旎风光就会尽收眼底，给游人一种“人间最美夕阳红”的快意与美感。
山顶公园的右侧是“鸣春谷”。它占地五万平方米，目前是我国最大、亚洲第二大的天然鸟笼。建于一九xx年的鸣春谷坐落于“天南第一峰”与“九龙泉”之间的滴水岩谷地上，是取唐朝诗人韩愈“送孟东野序”文中“以鸟鸣春”之意而命名的。走进鸣春谷，映入我们眼帘的是这个天然的大鸟笼。它占地面积万平方米，以一八根高一零米至二五米的钢柱支撑，采用悬索式张网结构，顶部是不锈钢，周围镀锌钢网将全区罩住。笼子里面是一个自然山谷，谷中放养的鸟类有丹顶鹤、天鹅、孔雀、黄腹角雉，蓝马鸡等一三零多个品种，五千多只，构成立体赏鸟的优美环境，置身其中，仿佛深入“蝉噪林愈静，鸟鸣山更幽”的境界，令人有山林之感。
在珍稀鸟展区里，我们不仅可以欣赏到各类珍稀保护鸟类，还可以看到我国一些省、市的省鸟、市鸟。如广东省的“白鹇”，齐齐哈尔市的“丹顶鹤”，山西省的“蓝鸟鸡”，四川省的“红角雉”等，都是著名的省鸟或市鸟。现在我们看到的眼部有一条白色长眉的是广州市的市鸟，叫“画眉”。它鸣声高昂悦耳，声清流利，婉转柔和，胜似笛声，使人联想起“此曲只应天上有，人间能得几回闻”的古代著名诗句。
在驯鸟表演区里，我们还可以看到极富情趣的小鸟表演，它们有打篮球、荡秋千、溜滑梯、拼字板、仿学人语、叼钱游戏等。幸运的朋友还可观看到孔雀开屏、鸳鸯戏水、与锦鸡漫步、仿白鹇徜徉等一幕幕美好的场景。
【摩星岭游览区】
朋友们，这里是白云山景点最集中的.摩星岭景区。它包括有九龙泉、广州碑林、白云山赋、南雅堂、双溪别墅、山庄旅舍和摩星岭等景点。
白云山知名度最高的泉，叫“九龙泉”。相传秦代的安期生隐居在白云寺，经常饥渴难忍，找不到水。一天，他突然发现思内崖边出现一个洞，里面出现就个白白胖胖的童子在嬉戏。一会儿，九童子化为九条彩龙，腾空而去。过后，就在九童子出现的地方，冒出一个泉眼，泉水滚滚涌出。因而这泉眼得名“九龙泉”，又叫“安期泉”。“九龙泉”水质清冽甘甜，用它泡制的茶，清香甘甜，口感细腻，还具有金石的味道。
广州碑林的前身是“白云寺”，寺建于宋朝，是广州历史最悠久的石寺之一，后毁于战火。一九九二年，由广州市**投资，在此新建了广州碑林，于一九九四年对外开放。一进碑林，首先看到的是二座启示磅礴的九龙柱。它高六米，直径米，重吨，用青石雕成，柱上端有九个并列环绕的龙头，其重量、高度、直径及雕刻工艺均为全国龙柱之最。

The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. It is on January 一st according to the Chinese lunar calendar(*的农历). Its Chinas New Years Day. So usually a month before the festival people begin to buy food clothes and decorations(装饰) for houses.
About a week before the festival housewives are busy preparing the new year dinner. And they will do a lot of washing and cleaning in the houses. People who are far away on business are hurrying to return home for the new years family reunion（团聚）.
On New Year Eve each family will gather tighter eating talking and watching TV for almost the whole night. And there will be some interesting programmes on TV. The children are the happiest of all because they can get presents from parents or grandparents.
