新课程理念下的教学应该是师生之间，生生之间互动且充满智慧的交流，有效的课堂应该是一种互动的课堂。只有在教学活动中实现有效的互动交往，才能促进师生之间交往互动与共同发展，师生在相互作用中进行智慧的碰撞，情感的交融和心灵的沟通，教学目标才得到创造性的实现，课堂也就成了一个有丰富内涵的个性表演舞台，把学生的精神生活引向美好的境界。在Animals一课中，教学动物单词时，巧妙地运用游戏来复习巩固动物的名称。让学生以小组为单位站成一圈，每个学生代表一种动物（带头饰）。第一个学生（monkey）说“monkey and tiger”（并且做出猴子和老虎的动作）。这时tiger接着说“tiger and bird”，以此类推，从中让学生熟练说出动物的名称，又调动了学生的积极性。在互动游戏中，共同说演，共同提高。学生通过合作游戏，更加爱说英语、爱学英语了，大大地调动了学生学习英语的积极性。

二、有效的课堂必须是关注细节彰显魅力的课堂
